"I am late in placing this review, but if you are looking for a realtor that can move your home this is the team you need! Connie and Larry were amazing! We chose them based on slow showings on our home with a different agency. A friend had used Connie and Larry and highly recommended them. They were very professional and gave us recommendations that helped us to sell our home quickly. Connie used her negotiation skills to sell our home when we were desperate to move it. We were transferring to Iowa and needed to move the home quickly. She kept us up to date on everything going on to include taking care of the closing for us. Since we were in Iowa during the closing and purchasing a home here, Connie coordinated with our Iowa realtor to close on both homes effectively and efficiently.
